Notes from Christian Young:
"This is a good example of a midrange style deck where you end up playing mainly of one color with slanting of another. For example here, this is mainly a blue deck, but with a few orange pip cards added in that go along with the strategy of the deck. Flamewar helps give tough 1 to the team to keep the team defending in the early game, and triggerhappy is your main flipping character, where in alt mode when you flip to that mode can grab back any weapon from the scrap. This can be a grenade launcher for a big damage push, or an armed hovercraft to ko an enemy with 1 health remaining. Ion Storm doesn't have to flip having the same attack in both modes and having a whopping 3 defense, but in bot mode can bounce an upgrade from a character he is attacking. This deck also introduces the archetype of 3-wide Big Boy blue where a large starred character, a middle star character, and a cheap star character in one lineup.

Example non-budget cards that can be added to the list:

Steady Shot -> The Bigger They Are
End Hostilities
Belligerence
Energon Axe"
