Notes from Inertiic:
"An upgraded version of a deck with Wingspan and ASP. This deck is geared towards making a very hard to kill Wingspan. Wingspan is one of the few characters who doesn't care about pips when defending, so going wide upgrade orange aggro is fine. The Small bots are going to do a lot of damage to thin out the enemy by themselves, and they will be very heavily upgraded.

With the new card, Thermal Sealant from BFA, Wingspan can mitigate Pierce, and because that will take up his utility slot, we aren't running Inverted. That means he will be attacking with orange, and the ARK card Tsunami Blaster just happens to give him a lot of Bold. Wingspan is also going to love BFA's Shield Crash since his DEF is often going to be much higher than his ATK.

Motormaster may be the sideboard character to stop direct damage, replacing Dropshot. Needs Testing.

Running mostly Orange, but Orange-Black may be better."
